Does it work on my phone? Is there an app to download?
Yes, it works on your phone. AccuFrame is a web app you can add to your home screen, so there’s nothing to download from the App Store or Play Store.
How is AccuFrame different from Jobber or QuickBooks?
AccuFrame is voice-first: you create quotes, invoices and change orders by talking, and ask who owes you out loud. What’s a voice chat?
A voice chat starts when you tap the mic and speak, and ends when you close it or go quiet for 10 minutes. Go back and forth as much as you need in one.
Is one voice chat one quote?
No. In one voice chat you can create a quote, send an invoice, record a payment and check on a client.
What if I talk for a long time?
A very long voice chat, over 40 back-and-forths, counts as a second one. You don’t lose your place; AccuFrame keeps going.
Does my crew share them?
Yes. Your plan’s voice chats are shared by everyone on your account.
What if we use them all?
New voice chats pause until your monthly reset; a voice chat already going is never cut off. The account owner can add 50 voice chats for $15 + applicable taxes, by voice or in Settings. We email you at 80% and when you’ve used them all.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your trial lasts 14 days or 100 voice chats, whichever comes first. After that, pick a plan to keep creating and using voice. Your information stays safe and you can still view it.
Do unused voice chats carry over?
No. They reset each billing month.
How many people can use my account?
Your plan includes you plus 1 team member on Solo or 4 on Crew. Add more for $15/month each + applicable taxes.
Are taxes included in the prices?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Any tax is shown at checkout and on your invoices.
Does Stripe add a fee for fraud protection?
Stripe’s fraud protection (Radar) may add about 12 cents per card payment on your Stripe account. You can turn it off in your Stripe dashboard.
